They're getting slightly better about not returning the 'all seats currently booked -- please try back' type of responses, but it still comes up for me. I would much rather be able to book a ride an hour out than spend the next hour checking and rechecking the app in hopes of finding a ride.

Update: The 300X(E) was a no-show, so I tried again and was surprised to get scheduled for a pickup. It seemed to be caught in a time warp, due in 6 minutes, then 8, but eventually showed up. There was another passenger, and he got dropped off first. Ultimately, I got to my stop quicker than I would have had I waited for the next 300x, an hour to get from bart to oakley vs an hour and ten minutes. Raising my rating slightly, we'll see how things go next time.

Not enough seats or busses to fulfill demand of customers. Also, I had a experience with a driver that was unprofessional. And one bus drove pass me. Ima copy and paste my report. -> I ordered a ride and it was a 15 minute wait. I walked to my stop and saw the shuttle, so I waved my hand. The driver went pass me. I'm upset because I was waiting in the rain on the way to work. As you can see I was standing on the corner. This driver need to be reported because I was the only person outside
