SECURITY
Banking with Mobile Banking is secure, and you can choose your own PIN code (between 4 & 8 numbers) or you can access it with a username and password. And if you lose your phone, we can disable access.

I hope the developers are able to fix the problem causing me to text codes all the time when transfering money to other accounts even after disabling the feature. It just keeps on coming back

App itself is fine.... (when it actually works) Constantly tells me it cannot connect to server, try again later. I've been using it and midway it's crashed and told me it can't connect. If I close and open it again it'll work (sometimes). I've been using it for years and it seems nobody has done anything about it yet. It's a shame

The app keeps telling me I have the wrong password yet I can sign into online banking with that password !

Kia ora Amanda, sorry to hear you're having trouble. Your login for online banking and the app are likely to be different. If you have signed up for mobile banking and are unable to remember you login details, please call our customer centre on 0800 872 226. They'll run through some security steps and then assist you to sign into the app.
