Ratings and reviews

Super unstable application, previous one was much better. Interface response is slow, quite often you can see "something went wrong". They say it is easy-to-use but in fact often it is hard to understand how you can perform some action. For example I have mobile icon on my desktop which was placed automatically but I would like to replace it with another one - I was not able to find how to do it.

22 July 2022 - "Something went wrong! Try again" error keeps happening even a year+ after launch. Not sure what's to blame, the app itself, or bank's IT infrastructure. Anyway - this is very inconvenient and happens in the most inappropriate time. Imagine you need to pay someone right now, but unable to do it because app does not work. Happened to me two times this week. Very embarrassing.

I had problems with payments several times, I make payment, and got error "Something went wrong". The form for payment and button Pay remains active, so that I can pay again. Later I found that both payment attempts were successful. Once I had to request over payment back.

What’s new
