Absolutely hate the new UI update. Before, it started the first page off showing my holdings, now it's just my overall balance and watch list? Now I have to tap an extra time every time just to get back to that screen. On top of that, the display style was changed from an easily accessible row of options, to a drop down menu. So now it takes 2 extra touches every time I want to cycle between Balance/Profit/Avg options. Infuriating and needless design change, old layout was far more functional!

I want the network to be accessible to me 24/7 like a bank. Newton has been plagued with so many issues: - logging in takes forever because of site is not safe errors. I can't use the app anymore because of them, so I have to use the website. - I cannot verify my ID because of network issues. - the network is often down when I needed it most. - there is very frequent maintenance time where you cannot perform transactions. How would I trust putting more money in?

The security process is a complete nightmare. they make you either use a hardware key or authenticator app which stops working once in awhile. simply having an email, password, access to your own phone or email, etc is simply not enough. if you don't log into their platform super frequently, it's a complete nightmare every time you do want to log in. punishing customers with more and more onerous security features when security should be their job.
