Switching to a new phone is extremely inconvenient. My old phone broke and suddenly I can't do anything. The app on the new phone does not let me register (the process just doesn't work). With SMS password confirmation it would be much easier. But I can't switch to it, since the operation requires a confirmation in the app on my old phone! Very frustrating!

I've been using this app for few weeks, very practical and innovative, so far so cool :) Yet, there is always a challenge I.e. breaking through many docs and terms that are strictly in Polish, and going to bank's website to reach some products that I couldn't find in the app (e.g. 1 year term deposit) Update on 20 Oct 2025, the app gets better each year, after 3 y I'm very satisfied, yet it is a bit slow surfing from 1 page to another, wish it could be faster.

I don't know what's happened and what updates were pushed through, but it's 2 days I cannot pay through the application and I cannot open it. Despite restarting my phone, installing and uninstalling the app, it just doesn't open/work/no call for authentication goes through. Disaster. By the way, that's not the 1st time problem, I had it before at least 2 times. It's randomly stops working.

• Secure BLIK - we refreshed the screen where you confirm BLIK payments. Now, you'll see the store address where you're making a payment or the ATM address where you're withdrawing cash using a BLIK. You get clear and secure way to authorize your transactions.
• Applications and documents in one place - we added a section in the Profile menu where you’ll find your applications and requests, as well as documents and agreements, in separate tabs.
