Ratings and reviews

The app itself isn't that bad. However the whole momentum multiply scheme is exactly that, a scheme. The leaderboard challenge doesn't promote health, it promotes over training or cheating in order to achieve a top score. Also with your weekly wins make sure to receive to redeem them or they expire. These are just a few sneaky things to look out for. The app is marketed very well, as a way for fit and healthy people to get rewarded. Which is not the case unfortunately.

Terrible Experience with Multiply App - Avoid at All Costs Review: I've had an absolutely terrible experience with the Multiply app. Every single month, I lose out on the leaderboard challenge because it syncs the wrong data from FitVault. All my efforts in the challenge go to waste. Whenever I raise an issue, it takes at least three weeks to get a solution. They just keep saying it's been escalated. How do you escalate a matter and it takes three weeks? It's appalling.

Absolutely terrible app. Keeps changing how many active/recharge days I need partway through the week when I have prepared for the first number assigned, causing me to miss out on vouchers as there are not enough days left in the week. Momentum has no control over their app. They keep saying it's a digitally assigned number so they can do nothing - then make sure your app works! I have complained several times and only get told they are looking into it, no other feedback. Absolutely useless
