Like others have stated, the switch to Hume has destroyed this app and the usefulness of the scale. It won't connect or sync data, so all you are able to see is weight change, no other data. What is the point of spending the extra money on this scale if it has the same functionality of a $20 analog scale. If you haven't bought a fit track scale yet, don't do it, this app makes it a waste of money.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY I had trouble connecting the app to my fittrack scale since the beginning, and now it won't connect at all with the new Hume app. Customer service is non responsive. Also, the scale will say the exact same weight for days in a row, even though I can tell it's not accurate, because I know my weight had to have changed by at least 0.2 pounds. My $20 analog scale is far better. What a waste of money.

I have a lot of trouble with this app. Its hard to use, it won't connect correctly and then when it does it just doesn't seem to provide the right information. Some features are stuck in place and won't update. I can't get the pro features to work and trying to get support has been a challenge. I agree with the assessment of the other posters. Finding a group or anywhere to get assistance is non-exhistant. :(
