Please, Xiaomi, get your s#it together: I have the Redmi buds 5 pro and since the beginning the app rarely detects the earbuds and sometimes only 1 connects. I've tried everything: clearing the cache, clearing all data, reinstalling, restarting, power-cycling them, messing with all the parameters inside and outside the app, I've followed plenty of tutorials in YouTube, the app is just buggy and unreliable. I have the latest app and firmware: nothing makes them work as supposed to.

I'm using the redmi buds 5 in India(3k inr) initially it used to work perfectly fine no complains at all but after the new firmware update 2.0.4.0 the in-ear detection just stopped working it doesn't play/pause music anymore nor switches between ANC and transparency mode the hardware is perfectly fine the reason for me saying this is multiple people online are facing the same issue (in everyones case it sometimes by that i mean 1 in a 100 ) if this doesn't get fixed I'm never buying xiaomi again

I'm a massive, massive Mi Fan. I have a Mi band 6, Xiaomi 12T Pro and my most recent product, the Redmi Buds 5 Pro. While scrolling through the reviews I discovered that a lot of people has software issues with the app, but I'm pleased to report that in my time using the app, I haven't faced a single issue using the ANC, switching codecs or fiddling with the equaliser.
