Refund policy is sketch. Make sure you read every line on this one people. If you do a 7-day free trial and it charges you afterward, it defaults to the annual payment. YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK. I wasn't crazy about the app, so I totally forgot about it. Now I've paid $174 dollars for something I'm not going to use. Pretty pissed. Content itself is decent for pronunciation and memorizing but it doesn't teach on a basic foundation which is absolutely necessary. Entirely too repetitive.

For language learning, it works really well. I love the pace and the fact that it works seamlessly in my car. But.. I did the free trial anticipating to pay the 20 bucks a month as advertised.. then I.. without my knowledge get chard for $170!!! That was super frustrating and quite the inconvenience, so beware that that might happen. Other than that, great app so far 👍

As far as I can tell, you guys are doing a GREAT JOB and absolutely AMAZING as far as content is concerned!! :) My one suggestion is, as far as the app is concerned, I like to be able to do the lessons while I am driving in my car, however, I like to be safe and follow the rules of the road/ the law, and not mess with my phone too much... Is there some way that you're able to make it accessible to toggle with play/ pause/ skip commands for lessons from the lock screen instead of in app only?
