The app is alright but it doesn't give you the complete menu, options are limited. And if items differ per store then you should have the menu set to per store in my opinion. Cause I can only ever order 1 thing that I like from the app menu I have to complete a second order in store and by then I just say forget it about it. And u have to hit the order button in order to pick food. U can just click on menu and order that only gives nutritional facts. That's my complaint of it as of today.

After using this app for a while and compared to other restaurant apps, I can safely say that it's about the worst. Navigation is not smooth. If you don't click on the rewards flag before starting your order, you have to go back and start all over again to use reward points. Also, you cannot use your gift card to purchase on the app. Please do better!

Terrible app. Has been terrible for years. Dev team does not respond to emails. First glaring issue that text does not wrap and overlays other text, this a rudimentary fix. Secondly, and more importantly the credit card auto reload function sucks. It's 2024, why does this app not update your balance instantly? I have auto reload set to add $25 when my balance drops below $10. I get a notification from my card company that I've been charged but the app does not show correct balance. Do Better.
