Ratings and reviews

Yes, alot of the books are good. Most are subpar and if you need help from customer support- may the odds be ever in your favor. No returns unless the book is bought with a credit. 90% of the book will randomly stop and I have to reload the app (yes, I restarted my phone and even re-downloaded the app). All over this app could use significant improvements! Kind of a waste of money..... looking into switching to another audio service!

Good app overall, but I'm pretty annoyed with the ads I get for other books to listen to. The default image I see on the home screen is often some book cover that I'm totally uninterested in or that offends me. These offerings are not influenced by the 73 titles in my library, it's quite obvious to me. I'm very annoyed at this. Developers, please show me books that align with my interests at the very top. I'm getting tired of seeing garbage. Thanks.

I love being able to listen to my Audible app anywhere at any time on my phone. My only complaint is that after a recent, within the last 6 months, I've had multiple download issues. I've followed the faq suggestions with no improvement. I would also like the option of a complete library of available titles, in the regular library and the plus library, without employing the algorithm with its limited offerings.
