Ratings and reviews

After reading some of the other reviews I would like to address them.. logging in has never been an issue for me. Billing has not been a problem. bcbs pays 100% unless I miss. My appointments are scheduled, confirmed and completed with no issues. I use this platform weekly. The Dr's and therapists I have worked with have been wonderful and incredibly thorough as well as informative. Prescriptions are pushed through immediately. Worked great to get a prescription that should be over the counter, but requires a doctor. It's way easier than dealing with an in person doctor, and cheaper too. The process was not streamlined, but it was simple enough. I did have to turn dark mode off for my whole phone. No setting I could find for it in the app. Appointments section was completely unreadable when dark mode was on.

no complaints about the care but the platform is terrible. I frequently am unable to log in. if you don't go into the app to confirm an appointment within 48 hours, it gets cancelled, which is SO annoying because I SET the appointment, and how am I supposed to confirm when I can't log in?! They keep sending me texts saying I have an overdue balance, but it bills me every time I have an appointment and there's no balance shown?? the app and website are both complete garbage, basically unusable.
