About this app

Bean Boutique makes ordering coffee quick, simple and rewarding.

No more waiting in line. No more waving to get attention. Just sit down, scan, order and relax. Your coffee comes to you.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Sit at any table in a Bean Boutique store.
2. Scan the QR code on your table with the app.
3. See the full menu on your phone.
4. Pick your drinks and food and add them to your cart.
5. Pay safely inside the app.
6. Relax. We bring your order to your table.

It takes less than a minute, and you never have to leave your seat.

ORDER FROM YOUR TABLE

Every table has its own QR code. When you scan it, the app knows where you are sitting, so your order reaches the right table. You can see photos, prices and details for every item before you order. Want to add something later? Just open the menu again and place another order from the same table.

ORDER FOR PICKUP

Short on time? Choose Pickup, order ahead and collect your coffee from the counter. Skip the line and get on with your day.

EASY AND SAFE PAYMENT

Pay in the app with UPI, cards, net banking or wallets. All payments go through a secure payment partner. You will see the full bill before you pay, with every item, tax and discount clearly shown. No surprises.

EARN POINTS ON EVERY ORDER

Every time you order, you earn points. Your points are saved in your account, and you can see your balance at any time. The more you order, the more you earn.

USE YOUR POINTS FOR REWARDS

Turn your points into rewards. Open the Rewards section, pick a reward you like and use your points to get it. It is our way of saying thank you for coming back.

SPECIAL OFFERS AND DEALS

Find the latest offers in the Offers section. When you are ready to pay, pick an offer and the discount is added to your bill. You decide which offer to use, so you always stay in control of your savings.

COFFEE SUBSCRIPTIONS

Love coffee every day? Join a coffee subscription and save. Choose a plan that fits you, pick your favourite coffee and pay once. Then simply show your subscription at the store to enjoy your coffee. You can see all your subscriptions, how many cups you have left and when each plan ends, all in one place.

YOUR MEMBER QR CODE

Your account comes with your own member QR code. Show it at the counter to collect points, use rewards or use your subscription. Fast and easy.

CALL A WAITER WITH ONE TAP

Need water, extra sugar or some help? Tap Call Waiter in the app and a staff member will come to your table. No need to get up or wave your hand.

TRACK YOUR ORDER LIVE

See the status of your order in real time. You will know when your order is received, when it is being made and when it is ready. We also send you a notification, so you do not need to keep checking.

ORDER HISTORY

See all your past orders in one place. Check what you ordered, how much you paid and the date of each order. Find your favourite drink again in seconds.

FIND A STORE NEAR YOU

See Bean Boutique stores on the map and choose the one you want to visit. For your safety and to make sure orders go to the right place, table ordering works only when you are inside or very close to the store.

SIMPLE SIGN IN

Create your account in seconds with your phone number or email. Your points, rewards, subscriptions and order history are always saved to your account, so you never lose them.
