This is not for "All AC" as the name claims! Not only it could not find my Danby AC that was already connected to WiFi, it pops up an advertisement that covers the whole screen, (to install an App) on EVERY single tap!! I am not exaggerating! No way to close the Ad, but to close the App and re-reopen and do that many times till it finally lets you go to the next step to find out that mostly it can't work w/ your AC!

Useless! After install and you choose what it is to recover ie images, you go and delete some unimportant pics to test it and it FAILED miserably! Over and again. Everytime you start it, it goes through the same process as if you've just installed it except it remembers what apps you have chosen it to collect the deleted info to recover and nothing! Don't waste your time.

Like others said, you are asked to give a 5 star rating before recovery begins. Then it just goes into a never-ending spin cycle where nothing appears to happen. I'm wondering if they're pulling all the data and information off your phone and sending it to Russia or China. I say that because while it's spinning, there's a message that says, "You will receive a message when your Files is Recover." The kind of poor English that you would expect in a fishing or scam attempt.
