Ratings and reviews

Went to book and the calendar automatically popped up to a year later. Didn't notice and booked a stay for a weekend. All communications and emails had the month and day and not year so didn't think anything of it. Got to location, hadn't received an email from the host, noticed the date was one day off and thought that was odd. Tried to find anything that said the year to see if it had booked the wrong date, had to dig deep into the app to find it. Had to cancel our trip, no vacancies anywhere.

Don't expect any support from the VRBO customer team. No complaints about the app. It is good. However, the customer support team needs to improve. When we arrived at a property late in the evening, we were stuck without basic amenities and the host wasn't reachable. VRBO's 24x7 support didn't pick up the call despite trying multiple times ( evening, night and morning). It was a terrible experience for the group.

This was our 7th year at this location, and it only gets better every year. The hot tub was an added surprise and was enjoyed by all! Regular towels and linens are all supplied, along with household utensils as well. It's just a short walk to the center, where shops,restaurants and beach access are located. We look forward to year # 8!!
