We've had our suspicions and it was confirmed today. The new update with the calendar pricing view definitely broke something in your app. I have specifically opted to get a day notice to clean the flat, but today someone was able to book my Airbnb last minute for 3 days. Airbnb's app bug has put me in a very difficult position where I have to try and clean last minute for a foreign guest. I've switched off instant booking and won't use it again as clearly I can't trust trust the automation.

I had a TERRIBLE previous experience with the Airbnb app. After spending hours looking for the perfect property, after finding it they wanted to verify ID. I submitted DL, Passport book and Passport ID, they turned down all. Ultimately I couldn't reserve, lost the trip, my airline ticket. I am trying for the second time again today and if Airbnb does the same thing and I lose the trip I will SUE them because it would amount to Wrongful Denial of Service. We need a COMPETITOR or ALTERNATIVE.

Don't use this app. It tricks you with small print and it updates while you stay so it's very confusing about check in and outs. Also it doesn't send you an email itinerary so I can easily breakdown my stay. I feel tricked and unsatisfied. And customer service could do absolutely nothing about it. It ruined my 2000 mile trip. And going home now. Refusing to ever use this app again until I feel satisfied.
