Ratings and reviews

So useful whenever you are outdoors. Out in the mountains you really need this to be safe. A must have for outdoor persons. With the continuous development it is really ease to use. Worked like a charm on our last trip with map download along the route to be accurate without cellphone coverage. Use it often and find your routing much easier.

I have looked at several similar apps and this one is as good, and probably better. For one thing they allow to create a private folder that can be shared with a select group. That is very handy for my purposes. They also allow photos to be added with the free version. They export files in required formats for import into GIS packages. Their customer support I think is outstanding. This is evidenced by how many times they actually respond to people's reviews. Not perfect but very good.

I would say the most basic feature a navigation/GPS should have is to be able to search by coordinates. This feature is broken. After I enter coordinates the map goes blank and the saved waypoints reverts to a default coordinate. So it is impossible to search by decimal coordinates. I also cannot use the website to add a coordinate as this "super advanced feature" is reserved only for the app. I can't believe I paid money for this
