Ratings and reviews

Their Thrive program punishes you for not using it by deducting money from your account. The app doesn't let you know this is happening either, so once I finally discovered my negative balance, that's it - there's nothing that can be done to reverse it. Maybe it's just me, but I just wanted an app to make investments on and reap returns with. What I got instead were hidden fees for something that (in my honest opinion) is unnecessary.

A great app for the most part though not without issues. The good is that it is simple to use and navigateband breaks down the costs of a trade very well. Customer support is quick to respond and knows their stuff. The bad, however, is the app has frequent internal server errors and, when searching and going back to its main database, doesn't take you to the last place you were at, it resets it.

This app is very bugy, it is very frustrating to login. The isues does not apply to the app only, but across all platforms of EasyEquities (i.e. Website). Most of the time I login, there is an error of a bad gateway connection and this is just one of the problems. If the bugs are resolved, I would be happy to change my review. I do think this platform has allot of potential.
