Booking via this app was the worst mistake of my trip, mixed up my dates and when I finally got to my destination, I was told I can't use my "voucher" because I'm two days late. In their response the traveling, they told me they can't refund me because my " experience voucher" is valid for 3 months. If it was valid for 3 months, why was I refused usage when I was two days late? Makes no sense .

Avoid. They are a middleman only and do not operate the tours. Book through the independent tour operator instead. They charged me for a tour I canceled through the app and told my credit card company it was my fault, so now I have to pay because my dispute was denied. They are only a marketplace, so not necessary.

my account was compromised through a leak of my old passwords, someone else booked two tours in Indonesia on my account using someone else's credit card. I explained the situation to their customer service but they simply said that it must have been me who booked because it's on my account. I can no longer book tours with Viator they get instantly cancelled or fail to accept payment. incredibly disappointed with Viator and trip advisor for their lack of support. I'm using Get Your Guide instead
