I love the idea behind this. So much so that I did buy the full membership, so I own it forever now. Having said that, the app does seem really glitchy. After the second day I stopped receiving notifications. I emailed customer service and although the response time was good, the answer received was not helpful and did not solve my problem. I force stopped the app, which did seem to help for 12 hours or so, but as of right now, zero notifications. Not even alarms are going off.

I think the project idea is cool, but the app doesn’t look very professional and it doesn’t support my native languages. A thematic icon would be great!

Thanks for your review. If you want just the list of events/actions in the app but no notifications, customize the events you want in the app and then turn off notifications in the app settings on your device (device settings > apps > circadian > notifications > disabled). I paid for the full version, which isn't cheap. It hasn't helped me as the reminders do not come through. They come through all at once at the wrong time or just the wrong time or they don't go off at all. It's very buggy and just doesn't work. I've tried to tweak it and change it multiple times until I gave up on it months ago. Shame.
