Ratings and reviews

Something has happened to this app. It used to work very well. But recently (in the last few weeks) it has stopped working at quite a few shop terminals. "Not allowed" now comes up on the terminal screen when paying. I called my bank and there are no restrictions on their end. This has caught me out a few times now as I relied on the reliability of this app.

I really love how convenient it is to use samsung pay. However, the rewards are ridiculous because no matter the spendings, you'll earn points with regards to what tier you are in. But what's worse, is that there are a lot of banks and cards that it does not support, so I cannot add credit card which means I won't be able to maintain my tier and the points.

This WAS a great and convenient app. Now, every time you use it, you have to pull out your cards, look up your CCV, plus whatever information it doesn't feel like filling in. There's really no point to it anymore. It's not convenient at all and really saves no time. Like so many other stupid decisions Samsung has made they last few years, this too makes owning and using their products less appealing with every iteration.
