The SIM card is purchased and installed as instructed and roaming data is activated but it doesn't work There's an error with the app's eSIM cards. My colleagues on the trip also downloaded it and encountered the same problem. It used to work well for about three months, but now it's bad. I suspect the telecom companies are doing something to prevent your app from working; this is just a guess
