With Philips HearLink 2, you can:

• Adjust the volume of your hearing aids and various settings (e.g. noise reduction, and sound and streaming equalizer)
• Switch between predefined programs according to the different listening situation you are in
• Monitor your battery levels
• Help you find your hearing aids if you lose them
• Customize your surrounding sounds with the sound equalizer
• Set and track hearing aid wear-time goals with the Philips Journal feature

• Have your hearing aids adjusted and receive counseling from the comfort of your own home – via a live video call with your hearing care professional
• Handle wireless accessories paired with your hearing aids; control multiple TV Adapters or devices, such as AudioClip, which can be used both for streaming and as a remote microphone

EDIT. Here it is over a month later and, like others, still have problems staying connected to a Philips tv adapter! They give the same response to everyone. Even though you email them, they have no fix. They blame it on the hearing aids! 2/21/2024 I was having trouble connecting the hearing aids to the app. I went through the steps 4 or 5 times and all nothing. Should not be so complicated, Philips!

I gave the previous version 1 star. I give this version 3. *If* you aren't in tv adapter mode, it now connects - that's much better. However, it won't connect if you're connected to a tv adapter. And if you change the sound level while connected to tv, the app will often lose its connection.

Fairly good app with issues. I recently replaced my Samsung Note 20 Ultra 5g with the new Samsung S24 Ultra. My hope was that I would get much better performance out of HearLink2. This was reinforced by a number of audiologists. Unfortunately, this hasn't been the case,I I can't see much if any improvement. The major issue is that the call volume seems to drop in the hearing aids and goes down when I place or receive a phone call. I haven't been able to get a fix from Phillips or Samsung.
