Does not work. Finds my Samsung QLED TV but refuse to connect to my Samsung s23 and do not show the allow sign on the screen. This is not a "remote for Samsung". Very quick support, will look into it

maybe it works., who knows??... My remote is dead, (Samsung quality...) and I have no keyboard... And without a remote or a keyboard it is not possible to use the app.. So.. how can I rate it more than one star?
