3 months later still the same..They keep sending mails in Chinese and claims that I have chosen that langue, when I signed up. But why are everything in my app/on the website then in English AND they claim that it is not possible to change langue in the mails you recieve.. say what? That smells of scam and that they hope you will miss some important news. Do not by any means recommend them. Update after first answer: As it is pretty clear in my review har have reached out 9 times but No help..

This app is awesome and easy to use once you get the hang of it.

a lot of errors with bad Internet, adding authenticator, changing fund password(only number pad shows, even though its with letters) says wrong fund password when withdrawing and I'm 100 procent sure it's the correct password...
