Updated: Just cancelled my subscription as I received no response from support, and I can't open my book. Support ticket: #5200079 Use to work fine, but I can't open my book anymore, although it seems to be available.

Not a lot to choose from to begin with, and twice in a row they have deleted the book I was reading before I got to finish it.
