Extremely poor. It is unstable and crashes constantly. When it does work, it aggressively consumes data by defaulting to 4K streaming or other unnecessarily high resolution. The data usage is so excessive that the app becomes practically unusable on mobile networks. To make matters worse, there is no option to limit streaming quality to 1080p or 720p. Overall, this is a badly designed, unreliable app that shows little consideration for users on mobile without free data. Effectively useless.
