Bewertungen und Rezensionen

Bestimmt super! Übersichtlich ist sie. Aber wenn man sich nach über einen Monat immer noch nicht verifizieren kann, dann ist das einfach nur schwach. Da gibt es bessere und zuverlässigere. Daher Konto wieder geschlossen und deinstalliert und wenn man kein Konto anbieten kann, eventuell wegen der nachfrage. Dann könnte man das auch den Kunden mitteilen. Aber auch das war fehlanzeige.

Leider kann man weder die App, noch die Website nutzen. Der Support ist weder per Telefon, noch per Chat zu erreichen. Wenn man ein Konto erstellt, wird man zur Verifizierung aufgefordert. Dies lässt sich aber nicht abschließen, da man in der App die Mitteilung bekommt man befindet sich in der Warteschlange und wird benachrichtigt, man wird nach einem Klick auf "verstanden" dann ausgeloggt und es passiert nix mehr (Tagelang). Auf der Website ist die Verifizierung auch nicht möglich.

Ein simples verifizieren war innerhalb von 24 Stunden immer wieder und ständig nicht möglich. immer wieder eine Fehlermeldung. Ich habe x-mal probiert. Bin dann zur Konkurrenz gegangen und da hat es innerhalb von wenigen Minuten problemlos funktioniert. Schade....eigentlich war coinbase mein Favorit und erste Wahl. Aber das ist jetzt nicht mehr so. Kann ich leider nicht weiter empfehlen, wegen meiner negativen Erfahrungen.
