Es ist nicht möglich ein Konto zu erstellen. Versuche ich mich mit Passwort oder Buchungsnummer anzumelden erhalte ich eine Fehlermeldung. Nachdem ich Belvilla kontaktiert habe wurde mir ein Link zugeschickt der auch nicht funktioniert, zudem wird nur in englisch oder französisch geantwortet ich aber verstehe nur deutsch. Mit einem Übersetzungsprogramm zu arbeiten ist mühsam, allerdings ist eine Buchung abgeschlossen wird man anschließend mit allen möglichen Angeboten auf deutsch bombardiert

Finger weg von dieser App! Eine Kurzzusammenfassung meiner Erfahrung mit Belvilla bzw. Oyo: Unterkunft plötzlich nicht mehr in App und Web auffindbar, Stornierung des Urlaubs einen Monat vor Antritt ohne Angabe von Gründen, Unterkunft mit Sauna vor Ort gebucht, die dann nicht funktioniert und auch nicht vom Hausmeister repariert werden konnte, Geld zurück gibt's dafür aber nicht, monatelange Wartezeiten bis Antworten auf Mails und Rückerstattungen ankommen, usw: Stress sparen, woanders buchen!

Diese App sollte schnellstmöglich wieder vom Markt genommen werden. Sie arbeitet nicht genau, z.B. werden bei Sucheingabe Læsø mindestens 50 % Häuser auf dem Festland angezeigt. Die Häuser auf Læsø sind nicht nach Orten gekennzeichnet, Entfernungen zum Strand oder Einkauf fehlen ganz. Irritierenderweise werden Tagespreise angegeben. Georeferenzierung (Karte) findet nicht statt, zudem jede Menge Rechtschreibfehler schon in der Startmaske. So kann und will ich keinen Urlaub planen...
