Sorry aber ich Blicke bei dieser app nicht durch. Diese hatte ich auf meinem vorherigen, leider jetzt defekten Handy. Nur war dies bei weitem sehr viel leichter einzurichten als nun. Ich komme hier in keiner Form voran und kann mich somit überhaupt nicht einloggen bei zwei apps. Absolut blöd.

Ich hoffe mal es ist kein Fake. Es erscheint mir alles sehr unseriös. Probeabo kann man nirgendwo kündigen. Die E-Mail Adresse die unter 'Kundenservice' angezeigt wird, ist nicht korrekt. Mails können nicht zugestellt werden "Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender". Habe jetzt über die App den Kundenservice angeschrieben in der Hoffnung das die Nachricht ankommt und die Kündigung des Probeabo's funktioniert ✊️🍀 Richtig ärgerlich! Kostet nicht nur Zeit sondern auch Nerven.

Ich bin gerade stinkesauer: keine Codes und keine Daten mehr vorhanden. Nicht mal mehr das! Passwort. Was ist das fürn Müll. Jetzt fange ich wieder von vorne an? Dein Support möchte einen Film von nichts: was soll ich filmen, wenn nix mehr da ist, die App hat sich auf den Urzustand zurückgesetzt, alle Anmeldungen sind fort, mit dem Ergebnis, dass ich meine Dienste nicht mehr nutzen kann, weil diese dämliche App keine Daten mehr hat und keine Code generiert.... der Support kennt deepl nicht
