a dream night ....very good job congratulations

Terrible service.I bought accidentally a ticket for the exhibition of Van Gogh in Madrid in other day from which I could go and they didn't have policy of change or refund.Although I spoke with different agents and they told me that the only thing that they can do is to give me a code in order to go to other events.In order to be eligible for this,I have to send them email before the start hour of my event . Although I did it and I sent them three emails BEFORE my event starts,they NEVER did it
