Just awful! You see all the time "Oops! Sorry! An internal error has occurred" I'm trying to take my voucher because THEY changed my flight and there is no other way to contact someone! It's nice to have apps to make your life easier BUT since your app doesn't work at all, the least you can do is have a service number so we can call. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

The employee who was working at the gate of Stuttgart's airport for the early flight to Thessaloniki in the New Year's Eve (EW 2682) was unacceptable. He made us pay for our small cabin bag 50€.
