Ratings and reviews

Debating uninstalling. I've had the app work reliably for several weeks, with accurate information and forecast, both of which are very important to me. Then about a week hence, the app began to throw errors that my location could not be determined and to turn the "always allow" on, which it has been. It's a fluke but a very annoying one, now coupled with full screen ads? And you want me to pay premium to make them... stay? No, no, no. You certainly jest!

Update: Original post below was for the old single-purchase paid version, which no longer exists. AccuWeather won't be getting a recurring purchase from me. That said the free version is still decent. Occasional ads aren't too annoying and you aren't smashed in the face by clickbait. -original- Way better interface with as much, if not more, accuracy than weather . com app. Also, there IS news, but it isn't really the focus. Highly recommend, it was well worth the $2 for the paid version

I like the advisories, convenient. The updated app so easy to access, and pinpoint accuracy. I get current and future forecasts quickly. All the weather information I need is right here. Update 11/11/2024 : Still a 5 star rating from me. This is where I get needed weather info. I personally haven't seen all the issues other reviews mention, app works great for me. The forecasting is very accurate and I use it for travel or checking on other locations where people I know live.
