About this app

The Infomaniak Mail app requires your email addresses to be hosted by Infomaniak.
This app allows you to manage your Infomaniak addresses in a completely secure environment.

With the Infomaniak Mail app, you can:

- create a free @ik.me @etik.com or @ikmail.com address with 20 GB storage and no advertising which is managed in Switzerland in accordance with the GDPR.
- send and receive emails via your Infomaniak email addresses.
- define Infomaniak Mail as the default messaging service app.
- search for a specific message or your unread emails, favourite emails or emails with attachments.
- switch from one account to another to access all your email addresses managed by Infomaniak.
- be notified immediately of the arrival of new emails (push).
- organise your emails in personalised folders.
- scan mails to move, archive and delete them quickly.
- personalise your experience (dark/light theme, accent colour, display density, scanning actions in the inbox, etc.).
- protect access to the Infomaniak Mail app (according to your device’s locking method).

Ratings and reviews

Bug: Notifications do not appear or sound when an email inbox was not the last looked at in the app. Example: if I last checked email address n1 before closing the app. I will not receive notifications for email address n2. This is very problematic for an emailing service. Also, there is no option to create rules, which is a real shame. Will update stars after bug fix as the app is otherwise good and clean.

Does Not Work, For Me. I fill out all the applicable data, enter my phone number, get a code enter the code (triple checked the code to ensure it was being entered correctly) and alway comes back (not_authorized) I've tried two different numbers, (multiple times), uninstalled app and reinstalled app (nothing works) no help why this error is happening. Very disappointed, I had hopes ...

1. App has potential however seems to be afew seconds slower at giving notifications compared to Samsung email client. 2. Bug when battery saver is turned on you don't get notifications while the phone screen is off. Even if you give the app unrestricted battery usage. This should be fixed. 3. Unable to select emails after a search is done. You should be able to select multiple emails / all emails from the search results. 4. When spam filter is disabled the spam folder should be removed.
