The App And The Brands Are Irresponsible, for one either you don't get the packages or they want you to buy it and the app randomly stops working. This one brand wanted Monthly Installments! But get this, I get one month free! LOL.. Getting approval to work was fairly easy, alll of the brands are small, new and cheap. Also the app is filled with expired tasks. Like why are tasks that are past due still up?

The app has its funky moments but I'm glad to see they're always working on improvements. The customer service team is amazing and super friendly. I'm very fortunate to be an anonymous creator for brands and be able to make extra money to pay for my education/goals. A major con I have with the app is that the brands take forever to approve the videos. I wish they would be given a deadline to approve/request edits. Deadlines are stated but nothing consequential happens.

Unfortunately, my experience with Billo has been very disappointing. The platform does not treat creators fairly — tasks are often unclear, and when a brand doesn’t provide detailed requirements, the responsibility is still placed on the creator. Payments are delayed or reduced, and communication feels one-sided.
