I downloaded this app to listen to an audiobook I couldn't find anywhere else. After starting the "free" seven day trial I checked my bank account and realized that I was charged $52.99. I didn't think much of it and started listening to my book. Instead of the entire book being read it was just a short summary of each chapter. I only used the free trial for about a day before I cancelled it. Turns out their free trial isn't actually free and they won't refund my money. Don't pay for this app.

the app does not hold the last point in a book to start from the same point. it jumps backward and forward after the phone goes to sleep. it plays without prompt. it still has a lot of bugs, plus I discontinued subscription within the trial period, yet was charged for a whole year and wasn't refunded by Google. I thought I would use it at least for the period I have paid for, but the app kills the joy of listening

I was excited to start my membership after reading the great reviews, especially noting that you had longer summaries assuming this would be handy when picking books. Only to find out you do not actually offer audiobooks, just AI generated summaries! I happened to start with a favorite I have read many times and listened to it go on and on about the main character reuniting with his father and all of the things they did together, the problem is that in the book his father died. What a scam!!!
