when I first checked in on the app, my boarding passes were displayed. Later, when looking to pull up my boarding passes at the airport, they were not there. This app is trash! The ability to see my boarding passes is pretty much the most basic and important functionality for an airline app, and it does not work on Avianca Airlines' app.

I've been trying for several days to add an upgrade to luggage. Go all the way through to checkout, enter everything in, and get a pop-up notification, " oops" something went wrong. Now, the app doesn't even get to "add luggage" without a "oops" popup. I've cleared my mobile device, everything possible, and the app has a "bug". Please repair it or Avianca will charge triple price at the airport for my extra luggage.... now, I attempt at adding extra luggage and get a pop up "bad reques

The plane ride was comfy and everyone in the plane was nice. But the website, app, and customer service need a LOT of work. We weren't able to add additional bags for the cheaper price prior to the flight, gave error message everytime. Couldn't check in for the same reason from this app or the website so we had to at the airport. When we paid the addional money, the girl didn't give us our change when we were scrambling with documents. Had to ask for it back.
