Always telling me via a pop-up my session has expired and I hit ok and it pops up again. No way to close it and re-enter my login details or use the app. Get off the sauce, Dan, and please sort it out. Update - August 2025: Dan's still off chops and couldn't care about the app. It's time you went to AA Dan and let someone else take over.

It is ridiculous how useless this app is. I have an account. I get emails. I try to use the 2 step verification, but every time you leave the verify page to get the numbers you have to start again. Work it out, get verified, it can't login I just get an error message. Uninstall and reinstall the app, same problem. Create a new account, same problem. Try to log in from the webpage instead, same problem. Try a different web browser, same problem. Useless

This app is unusable, I want to shop at Dan's but it's a nightmare. It constantly freezes and boots your session if you use a VPN. Fix that. When it does work, it's clunky. It's difficult to view only the specials and too many line items are categorised incorrectly. At the very least, you guys need to add these options to the product search filter - 'online offers' & 'member's specials'. No such issues with first choice.
