Ratings and reviews

The app itself is mostly fine, however the login experience is painful. Even though there's a biometric feature it prompts you for a password first, and the remember feature only remembers my Id, so I always have to go digging around in a password manager. I would love to see the login experience improved to remember credentials and allow a user to login with just biometrics.

Good that it has a digital card. Not so good that you need to get a code by SMS every time you log on. Surely if you log on with biometrics a code isn't needed? I find that very annoying.

Keeps logging me out. Couldn't find out if a procedure was covered on the app, need to wait till business hours to ask a consultant. App doesn't seem to do much.
