I've been using this app for almost 8 years I guess, ever since I became an ING customer. It was a solid app up until the decision to add advertising into it. Ever since then, it's been slow as anything. Just today I logged in and it took nearly a full minute to load up my balances. It's a real shame what's happened to ING Australia. It used to be an amazing bank that suited my lifestyle perfectly (travel features, solid app, good interest rates). Now we're here :(

accounts blocked for three (3) months, no info of what to do next despite completing tasks in account mail section, wasn't told the photo id had to be resubmitted so sounded like a scam even though have had accounts for at least fifteen (15) years. Any info they did send was completely generic with info for all their accounts that were available. 'Change pin' shows as 'change name' and 'forgotten pin' shows as 'processing'.

Even though its 2025 its one of the only banks I've found who let's you bank with your money as you please, instantly! None of these 24hr holds or flat out rejections when depositing into your own crypto wallet or new accounts like most main banks. Online verification was stress free unlike some aswell. Highly rate
