Very disappointing experience. Almost every product I checked was marked as "Sold Out." It makes the app feel pointless when there's hardly anything available to purchase. If products aren't in stock, they shouldn't be continuously displayed without proper availability. Please improve your inventory management and keep the app updated with items that customers can actually buy.

The rider repeatedly cancels my orders without ever bothering to visit the address. On the rare occasion that I don't answer their pointless phone calls, they just cancel. When I actually do pick up, they offer the utterly pathetic excuse that they were 'just checking to see if I still wanted the order.' What kind of ridiculous logic is that? If I didn't want the order, I wouldn't have placed it, I have complained several times; they noted the issue but never corrected it.

Worked fine for 5-6 grocery deliveries, but then went downhill. Prices are mostly quite good and competitive but the delivery experience and not bringing card machine even though it's mentioned in the order, it's utter nonsense. App needs lot of work, feels like a side project tbh. And on top of that, the delivery experience is highly unsatisfactory, they asked me once to pick and choose the items you ordered as they weren't sure. Cancelled order when asked to wait.
