About this app

The “Call Fee” app takes care of all business calls that you cannot or do not want to accept. She greets the callers for you and asks what they are about. You will then see the caller's answer in the app as text in a clear list. For each entry you can then decide whether you want to call the caller or delete the entry.

To activate the call fee, simply redirect all missed calls to the destination number specified in the app (will be explained in detail after registration). The call fee will do the rest for you. You can find a help video on how to set it up here: https://phone-assist.com/support/

30 entries are included in the first installation. The volume can be purchased individually at any time.

To use:
- Don't miss out on important new customers while you, as a sole proprietor, are in a customer meeting or standing on the customer's ladder.
- Skim through callers' concerns more quickly as text instead of endlessly listening to the answering machine
- Much cheaper than having your own telephone secretary

Ideal for tradesmen, real estate agents, insurance brokers, tax advisors and anyone else who receives too many calls per day.

More functions:
- Delete entry by swiping to the left
- Mark the entry as “read” by double tapping on the entry
- Reply to the entry via SMS or WhatsApp by long pressing on the entry
- Change greeting and farewell announcements in the app
- Select male or female voice
