Ratings and reviews

This app and camera are a big ripoff. I looked at the critical reviews and every problem people enumerated happened to me. The time is wrong, the connection doesn't stay up, there are no directions on how to reconnect, so I have to keep reinstalling the devices. But every time that I reconnect it, it has the exact same problems. The documentation sucks, being half written in Chinese that it can't translate into English. I wish I had never paid for this doorbell camera. It was utterly a waste.

Horrible device and app. Although setup was simple, all the instructions were in broken English and hard to understand. Regardless, I was able to figure it out on my own. The user is only able to see what the camera sees when the doorbell rings, and it takes about 10 seconds for the push notification to go through so you can see the camera view on your phone. Both speaker and microphone audio are horrible. The app should pop up quicker, and I should be able to see the camera view as needed.

Meh, setting up the device can be a challenge if you're not tech inclined or have some notion of it. After connecting the camera the UI is easy enough to navigate and operate but connectivity is mediocre at best. Even on a 1gb internet plan and a top 5 3 way mesh system this app and device still struggle to keep a stable connection. Signal drops, stops recording, switches down to SD, fails to connect all together, you name it. You get what you pay for really.
