Ratings and reviews

Why can't I just fill the price I want to buy and the app will automatically calculate the number of shares instead of forcing me to input the amount of share. This is not good at all for buying fractional shares as you're forced to iterate. Edit: This feature existed before now, you guys did a needless update for an obvious reason that will end up affecting your customer; thus, you. Also, your dividend details don't work, API problem I think.

This is the last place you want to put your money, trust me. Don't even know where to start from. The verification process is torture, my verification has been pending for two weeks, no customer care, the app bugs out, my wife kept complaining about withdrawal issues, and the 'no customer care' is not a joke...customer care takes like 5 days to get back to you if you're that lucky.

Overall very poor experience so far - have waited over 6 weeks and still counting to get trading accounts, feedback on application received only after a month - proof of address rejected on grounds that no street name/number. If this applies more broadly, then it excludes millions of people in Nigeria and elsewhere whose places of residence have no street names and numbers.
