The service in itself is great. But while on desktop searching for available car is easy as it shows a timeline graph for their availability, there's no such thing on the app. This forces the user to enter a desired time frame and hope that an available slot will appear, in a mindless trial and error exercise. This is especially grating in Cork, where only a handful of cars are available.

I've used gocar a few times with no problems a few years ago but when I tried a few months ago to login to the app it said I'm banned. I didn't even get an email to say what I've done wrong. I contacted them and they said: As per GoCar terms and conditions you have been permanently blocked for misusing the service. How? I haven't even used the app in years. No answer back. How do I delete my personal data off your app?!

The app is opening 15 minutes constantly, sometimes needs restart or uninstall and install again, and it is crucial to open quick when you are in front of the rented car.
