POORLY DESIGNED APPLICCATION: Appreciate that National Bonds have multiple offers. However, the app does not make transactions easily with linked bank, credit card and debit card. Either app developer is bad or it is a rushed job with combination of improperly tested app. I would like to be a customer but these badly design app are just making new customer journey experience very poor. 29 July 2024

Worst app . I will never recommend to anyone to invest via this application. Absolutely waste of time . I want to change my mobile number. I will contact 4 times customer care no body resolve my problem. Even I also write a mail whose mention in app still not solve. Very bad experience with this app. Even mobile application don't have options to change your mobile number.

I did a Flash and went successful on the first time, after two days another amount was deducted to me without my knowledge or authorization, it also didn't reflect on my account. I tried to reach them thru email but nobody replied from their side.
