Keep asking updating but app keeps stopping even after following many steps. Have to uninstall then install then restart the phone several times and you have to start it over when logging in. My husband has experienced same thing. So embarrassing especially when you need to make urgent transfer. Cannot understand why such a big bank cannot have a qualified dev team to fix this bug which has been existed for a long time. Shame on you.

Good app in general, quite convenient for me and still, no bug at all in Samsung Note 5 Update 09 Mar 2026: Okay app. Still not smooth and responsive even in S24 Ultra. Keep telling me the app is out of date and prompt me to update even tho the app is in its latest version. Update 03 May 2018: Crash due to update, cannot log in

this app is very good, but on current version 6.4.6 (on android 16) it contains a bug: it can not log in until I press Scan button (right below log in) then get back, after that I can log in
