Forced me to download this app in order to view my policy document instead of just including the document in the email. That's the first red flag. I couldn't log in to the app because it's asking for a phone when I didn't sign up for this insurance with a phone number. I got it with a bus ticket purchased through RedBus. That's red flag #2. No customer contact support options included in the email whatsoever. Three strikes—you're out. This app and this company sucks! Don't use them.

This was one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had with ACKO. My car was picked up at 7:00 AM, and I was informed that the cleaning would be completed by 8:30 AM. Based on that, the drop-off was scheduled for 11:50 AM. However, things went completely off track after that. I never received any confirmation or update regarding the drop. There was absolutely no communication from ACKO’s service team, which is extremely unprofessional. When I tried contacting customer care, they had no cl

I bought a two wheeler insurance on this portal.. you will not get a policy document in email. you will need to install the app at any cost just to download the policy.. horrible...why I need to download a bloody app just for one document which i need to renew once a year.. 2. you will not even come to know who is your insurer..
