I paid the amount on the 1st day of the month, to get renewal. Apps show valid till the 1st of next month, I have a screenshot. Support agents are saying it was reflected for last month (which I have not used). To skip the resolution all are disconnecting the calls. My money was scammed. I have multiple referrals who are using this service, now I'm disconnecting this and also suggest all my referrals to switch this worst service.

App not helpful. They keep saying we are having technical issues Can you ask someone to respond to my requests in the app? I am not sure if I can reveal my account details on Google reviews? App does not have a way of canceling my subscription and no one responded to my requests in the app for the past three days Chat from the app does not have a live user and keeps saying we are having technical issues. Try again later. Also you have limitation on the comment length. Hard to communicate

Extremely frustrated with the unnecessary "Spin the wheel" feature. I open the app to make a payment, but this pop-up blocks the login process and offers no option to skip it. I was able to reach my account only after spinning this pointless wheel. The same thing happens after making payment, the pop-up appears again and prevents me from checking payment confirmation. This feels intrusive and unprofessional, almost like a shady betting app trying to force user interaction for collecting data.
