I paid the amount on the 1st day of the month, to get renewal. Apps show valid till the 1st of next month, I have a screenshot. Support agents are saying it was reflected for last month (which I have not used). To skip the resolution all are disconnecting the calls. My money was scammed. I have multiple referrals who are using this service, now I'm disconnecting this and also suggest all my referrals to switch this worst service.

App not helpful. They keep saying we are having technical issues Can you ask someone to respond to my requests in the app? I am not sure if I can reveal my account details on Google reviews? App does not have a way of canceling my subscription and no one responded to my requests in the app for the past three days Chat from the app does not have a live user and keeps saying we are having technical issues. Try again later. Also you have limitation on the comment length. Hard to communicate

I have never seen this type of waste service in my life. At the time of first time installation, payment and renewal only they are active. After that they won't support us in any manner. Whether it may be a network issue, or any cable issue or any line problem. Technicians are very lazy and not supportive. they didn't even pick the calls. My network issue remains open for 12 days. About the app, it will support payment only. It will give the default answers irrespective of the context.
