About this app

Co-Driver is part of AddSecure FleetVision FMS. It’s a fleet management app for Android-based smartphones and tablets. The app connects to WebOffice, a back-office application for the transport management team. The app offers offline capability and can be used standalone or connected to our on-board computer to access data from the vehicle and tachograph. Through our different packages, you choose which services you and your drivers prefer to use. The Co-Driver app gives you access to most of our fleet management services that require a driver display.

Modern and user-friendly interface

In the field, your drivers will be able to use any of the activated services on their phone/tablet for the vehicles included in the subscription (one software license per vehicle). The user can choose landscape or portrait image format depending on the type of device used. The most common European languages are supported. Apart from GPS and Android OS, the app does not require any embedded equipment.

Select vehicles manually or connect via Bluetooth

The driver only needs to download the app and select a vehicle to get started. When a driver uses different vehicles, simply select a different vehicle from a list in the app. The vehicle must be part of the group of vehicles to which the driver has access. The Co-Driver app does not require a physical connection to the vehicle. Alternatively, the app can be paired via Bluetooth with our on-board computer (see below).

Give the driver access to data from the vehicle and tachograph

If you want your drivers to have access to vehicle or tachograph data, you can extend the solution by connecting the Co-Driver app to the Roadbox (our on-board computer), offering drivers real-time coaching of their driving and resting times, driving behavior and fully automated remote download of tachograph data.

Use your own device or one provided by AddSecure

Drivers can download the app as many times as they want and to any device. The device should fulfil certain basic requirements (get more information from our Support team).

Simplify office work with WebOffice

WebOffice offers a complete set of Fleet Management features for the transport management team. Most services are just a click away from the map (through quick links) in the adjacent ‘current selection’ panel. In addition, reports and dashboards are available for applicable services.
